Senior Vice President Architect - Columbus, OH - JOB 440-24-00274

Salary Range: $150K - $175K Permanent Position / Overtime / Executive Bonuses with Benefits

Primary Responsibility:

Candidate shall be one of the firm's signatory architects for California projects. Ideally not a California resident will ideally live in Central Ohio however remote work possibility.
• The candidate shall lead a production studio working with client managers and design associates across several national client accounts. Candidate shall assist in work procurement within the firm's overall marketing strategy.
• The Senior Vice President is responsible for quality control of California project locations as well as others and shall act as signatory for such projects. These projects are generally retail-related projects but could include restaurant and light commercial projects. Candidate shall manage and maintain studio operational strategy. The Senior Vice President works closely with other Studio Vice Presidents, Client Managers and Design Associates. The Senior Vice President reports to and works closely with the CEO and COO.
• Maintain required California license and related continuing education requirements; to be paid for by the firm.
• Provide firm wide quality control across multiple studios from time to time.
• Assist firm leadership group.
• Provide studio/client leadership, working with teams of architectural VP's, client managers, and design associates.
• Assist with contract development and administration.
• Implementation of office and client standards
• Assist with the alignment of the firm's operational and marketing strategies.
• Assist studio vice presidents in sharing of responsibilities and duties when necessary due to workload.
• Coordinate with VP's and client managers and the accounting department to complete client billing as applicable.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability as necessary and take corrective action if appropriate.
• Train, mentor and promote the professional development of staff. Assist with associate performance evaluations and career growth.
