Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Field Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction of effective marketing initiatives in alignment with business and revenue objectives. This role works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and executive team to drive the creation and execution of marketing plans in order to increase revenue, pipeline coverage and brand loyalty.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Traction Channels

  • Experience across multiple traction channels for Enterprise B2B Sales Led Growth strategies.
  • Ability to AB test each of the identified 19 marketing channels and decide on the most lucrative 5-6 top channels.
  • Experience leading multiple intra-company and inter-company teams to innovate creative marketing campaigns.
  • Manage KPIs surrounding Demand Generation, Lead Management, Lead Velocity rates, Pipeline conversions and predictable revenues for the business.
  • Understands and successfully deploys chatGPT, AI and innovative technologies to reach Target decision-makers.

Brand Awareness & Affinity

  • Serve as a strategic and a credible leader that establishes and refines a cohesive marketing plan to increase consistency and brand awareness.
  • Lead strategic direction for industry relationships, stakeholders, and media through world-class PR efforts.
  • Lead the global SEM, thought leadership, and events strategy in alignment with both brand and product directions.
  • Establish the framework by which we execute on any strategies year over year (with considerations of both in-house and external fulfillment).
  • Oversee the evolution of the Measurabl Brand and recommend developments/changes to support the brand needs of the organization.

Revenue Alignment

  • Lead Measurabls marketing strategy from inception to completion in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Establish lead goals in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish benchmarks across established Marketing KPIs that assure quality outcomes and allow for swift refinements.
  • Review and closely monitor progress towards these goals on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth in relation to prospect and customer segmentation (geography, vertical, or otherwise).
  • Oversee and regularly review the results of marketing channels, including PR, social media, email marketing and paid media.

People Management

  • Lead the strategy, business case, and proposal for key hires, promotions, and structure that align with business objectives.
  • Constantly review on-going optimization and resource alignment that is scalable.
  • Recruit and attract experienced, high-potential leaders and individual contributors for each functional role.
  • Drive engagement and performance through hands-on leadership, 1:1s, department meetings, performance management programs, engagement programs, or other programs as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the department to ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain a team culture that is focused on continuous improvement, learning and development to ensure we are best positioned to deliver a world-class product to our customers.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to drive cultural initiatives forward and encourage behaviors and programs in line with MSR values.
  • Provide guidance to other managers to ensure leadership standards are shared throughout the organization.
  • Drive MSRs commitment to ensuring a diverse workforce through all stages of people management and development.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders from sales, customer success, product and operations to identify marketing opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to oversee the launch of new products/features and provide best practice Marketing guidance in the launch process
  • Provide guidance and collateral to internal departments to support communication initiatives and efforts
  • Uncover opportunities to influence both external and internal marketing efforts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others in a diverse, multiethnic and multicultural work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Strong time management skills
  • Leadership and coaching skills to develop a growing team

Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years hands-on marketing leadership experience with expertise in creating and delivering on a marketing and brand strategy
  • Sustainability / ESG and/or commercial real estate domain experience is preferred
  • Experience penetrating global markets
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • This role manages marketing team members. The size of this team may vary based on the needs of the organization.

Compensation Range:

  • $190,297 to $232,585+DOE
