Title: Web Developer III (#17714)

Location: Groton, CT

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months



Supports the ongoing maintenance of multiple business line applications including SharePoint 2013 and 2016 site collections and custom .NET/SQL Server applications. 



Responsibilities:

1) Evaluation, optimization, and simplification of key business workflows and processes

2) Development of improved knowledge management systems and practices to ensure easier knowledge capture, easier and more timely updates, and more streamlined searching (i.e. improve overall accessibility of data and information)

3) Fixing of application problems, broken links, etc.

4) Contemporization of the overall look and feel of the applications and sites

5) Consolidation and simplification of the site data, folders, permissions, and lists to drive easier ongoing maintenance

6) Development of simple metrics, dashboards, and business tools, using SharePoint, Spotfire, and/or Excel services to help track overall department performance
