Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will take a lead role in developing and designing websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Joomla, and integrating APIs, payment gateways, and SMS gateways. Your extensive experience and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, reseller web hosting, and e-mail hosting is also desired.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and design of websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Joomla, and other relevant web development tools, focusing on advanced WordPress customization and functionality.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and SMS gateways into websites, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of integrations and customization options.
• Troubleshoot e-mail issues during on-site visits and virtual meetings, applying your extensive technical expertise to resolve complex problems.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to both the internal team and clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
• Take ownership of maintaining existing websites, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive website speed tests and implement advanced optimization techniques to enhance performance.
• Ensure the highest level of website security and data privacy, adhering to industry standards and implementing robust security measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in website development and design, with a strong focus on WordPress development.
• Extensive knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Joomla, JavaScript, and API integration, demonstrating advanced proficiency in customization and complex development tasks.
• Proven experience with payment gateway and SMS gateway integration, handling complex integrations and customization requirements.
• Advanced usage knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, reseller web hosting, and e-mail hosting, enabling efficient workflows and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a high level of initiative and ownership in project execution.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex technical challenges and recommending innovative solutions.

Remuneration:

The remuneration for this position is INR 40,00050,000 per month (All Inclusive).
