At the new Roadhouse 165, we're looking for a friendly and experienced Server to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Server, you'll be responsible for explaining our buffet offerings and serving drinks and additional menu items to our customers.

Flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities!

Essential Job Duties

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome and explain our buffet offerings, including any special dishes or promotions.
• Take customers' orders for drinks and any additional menu items, and serve them promptly with a smile.
• Provide customers with timely refills and bus tables throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the server station, including restocking supplies, wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping the floor.

Requirements

• Currently have food handler certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience as a server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
