ServiceNow Admin/Developer - This role strategically aligns with Architects and additional technical design teams on projects responsible for configuring complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Gathering and documenting functional requirements, and developing technical requirements are required in this role.
- The candidate will have an in depth understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to Incident Management, Case Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Catalog Management.
- Must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team.
- This role will be joining a collaborative, cross-organizational environment with a cooperative whatever-it takes approach by each person.
- The ideal candidate will have worked in the Cloud industry and be comfortable embracing DevOps and Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) principles.
Key Responsibilities - Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM V3 processes
- Knowledge of .NET, C# and a programming proficiency in JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET
- Understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.
- Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
- Understanding with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and third party controls
- Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
- Creating integrations with 3rd party and internal tools
- Ability to drive progress independently as well as problem-solve collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Use technical and business acumen to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and actively Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies
