JOB TITLE: SERVICENOW DEVELOPER



 



Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements:



- ServiceNow Admin and Development Experience

- JavaScript/JSP- 25%

- Java- plus



Nice to Have:

- Agile

- ITSM V3 or above certification



Years of overall experience required:

- 5 years with ServiceNow



Day to day responsibilities:

- Builds system integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL, etc.)

- Designs and builds service requests and record producers using workflows, client scripts, UI policies, SLAs, etc.

- Configures core ServiceNow applications according to business requirements and ITIL best practices

- Conducts unit and functional testing on system enhancements and bug fixes to verify requirements are met

- Participates in design, code review, and training sessions attended by all team members

- Prepares deployment packages for release updates using update sets and other version control systems

- Builds and maintains public (end-user facing) and technical documentation for implemented ServiceNow applications

- Investigates and troubleshoots application issues, performs root cause analysis and works with the team to recommend and implement resolution
