Our Client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in assessment, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform needed to create an ITSM framework that support the program’s mission delivery needs in a way that positions Unisys as a leader in ITSM-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) based service delivery for our Federal Clients.
- Be recognized in the industry as a notable expert in ServiceNow technology and use this knowledge to generate profitable revenue growth.
- Translates customer goals and objectives into requirements to be levied on the ServiceNow implementation.
- Develop transition approach to establish customer’s ITSM organizational process framework to include a roadmap and timeline for implementation
- Work within and across practices and organizations to design leading-edge ServiceNow solution and integrate 3rd party tools as needed to build comprehensive solutions that meet or exceed customer needs
- Conceptualize, architect, design, implement and integrate ServiceNow infrastructure and features to support customer’s service delivery needs.
- Interface with the client’s highest technical executives.
- Support deployment and post-deployment operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Minimum TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
- 3+ years of experience analyzing ITSM maturity assessment results and establishing a transition roadmap that addresses organizational needs and constraints.
- Experience identifying potential design, performance, security, and support problems, including ability to identify technical risks/challenges and develop relevant mitigation strategies.
- 3+ years of solution development experience in standing up the IT support portion of an organizational level ITSM frameworks, including technical solution development, and phased implementation.
- Experience in data and service integration, portal and dashboard development, service automation and orchestration, analytics.
- Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) reporting, Service Catalog development, and Service Catalog driven automation.
- Ability to interface with team members at all levels, including business operations, finance, technology, and management.
- Experience working with US Federal Government customers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience or knowledge on Cloud and DevOps technologies (such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, VMWare, Ansible, etc.) preferred(link removed)>
- Experience in leading team through ITSM capability implementation and maturity.
- Project planning and project management
- Experience with developing in ServiceNow and Remedy environments
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence in end user support preferred
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management solution, such as Splunk preferred.
Education / Security Clearance Requirements:
- Master's Degree & 10 years of experience
- Minimum TS clearance with SCI eligibility
