South Orlando Construction Company has an immediate need for a Service Administrator to support the Service Manager Construction Experience is Required
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch all service calls
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails
- Create new Service Orders
- Calculate time and material work and prepare for service manager’s approval
- Prepare and send billing/invoices weekly
- Prepare billing and accounts receivable reports/summaries for monthly board meeting
- Follow up on all past due invoices
- Maintain the on-call schedule
- Respond to all messages left with on-call after hours
- Maintain dispatch board/schedule
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers
- Maintain maintenance agreements, including billing and scheduling
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors on open orders
- Assist Service Manager and Service Technicians with all other duties as required
- Assist all others in achieving their goals
