South Orlando Construction Company has an immediate need for a Service Administrator to support the Service Manager


Construction Experience is Required


  • Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch all service calls

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails

  • Create new Service Orders

  • Calculate time and material work and prepare for service manager’s approval

  • Prepare and send billing/invoices weekly

  • Prepare billing and accounts receivable reports/summaries for monthly board meeting

  • Follow up on all past due invoices

  • Maintain the on-call schedule

  • Respond to all messages left with on-call after hours

  • Maintain dispatch board/schedule

  • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers

  • Maintain maintenance agreements, including billing and scheduling

  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors on open orders

  • Assist Service Manager and Service Technicians with all other duties as required

  • Assist all others in achieving their goals

Pay Rate: $17.00 - 19.00
