• Negotiation of prices and conditions for services & spare parts
• Supply of spare parts to sales partners and customers as required
• Creation of offer and order processing
• Communication and follow-up with customers for open opportunities
• Purchase of orders won
• Scheduling and deadline monitoring
• Project management for orders
• Inform completion of orders to Finance
• Creation of item numbers in the ERP System
• Keep updated the ERP System for the business unit
• Disposition and technical advice
• Support with data, the financial analysis of orders
• Specific responsibilities included but not limited to above

Requirements

• Commercial / technical education
• Ideally professional experience in the field of service & after sales
• Experience and pleasure in dealing with customers
• Organizational and negotiation skills
• Analytical, structured approach
• Willingness to travel
• Good MS Office skills
• Team and communication skills
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
