Service After Sales Location: US-SC-Greer Email this job to a friend

- Negotiation of prices and conditions for services & spare parts
- Supply of spare parts to sales partners and customers as required
- Creation of offer and order processing
- Communication and follow-up with customers for open opportunities
- Purchase of orders won
- Scheduling and deadline monitoring
- Project management for orders
- Inform completion of orders to Finance
- Creation of item numbers in the ERP System
- Keep updated the ERP System for the business unit
- Disposition and technical advice
- Support with data, the financial analysis of orders
- Specific responsibilities included but not limited to above
Requirements - Commercial / technical education
- Ideally professional experience in the field of service & after sales
- Experience and pleasure in dealing with customers
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Analytical, structured approach
- Willingness to travel
- Good MS Office skills
- Team and communication skills
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
