Multiple (10) long term positions; divided between these 3 jobs Description #1 - Major Incident Management tracking using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system
- Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
- CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint
- Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
Skills - Fluent Business English
- Excellent Communication skill
- 5 years of experience in IT application systems and/or management information systems support
- ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same level of knowledge
- Experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system
Special Skill: Telematics, Azure, Ability to perform CLI on Linux environment Description #2 - Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system
- Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
- CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint
- Service Availability Monitoring
- Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
Skills - Fluent Business English
- Excellent Communication skill
- 5 years of experience in IT application systems and/or management information systems support
- ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same level of knowledge
- Understanding of database and SQL queries
- Experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system

- Service Request / FOTA campaign Fulfillment
