Description #1

  • Major Incident Management tracking using the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system
  • Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
  • CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint
  • Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
Skills
  • Fluent Business English
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • 5 years of experience in IT application systems and/or management information systems support
  • ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same level of knowledge
  • Experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system
Special Skill: Telematics, Azure, Ability to perform CLI on Linux environment
