MUST HAVE: Media background - Customer Service Manager, Service Delivery, Customer Support (20 25yrs)

Service Delivery, Support, Media

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

20+ years of experience in service delivery management, with a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering automation projects.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale, complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Established track record of exceeding targets, KPI's, SLA's, in a quality led, legislative compliant environment.

ITIL Process Understanding.

Desirable:

Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).

Understanding DevOps, Agile environment.

Desirable experience on OTT, Broadcasting, Video Processing/Delivery in Media and Entertainment domain.
