Service Today is an award-winning leader* in providing heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services to Minnesota residents. Our local family-owned company is rapidly growing and we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.
Our Dispatchers directly impact the lives our those we serve and support our company through excellent communication and strong prioritization skills. Your day-to-day will involve scheduling and coordinating our service calls as they are received and dispatched out to our Technicians. You will also debrief with Technicians on how the calls went and updating them on what is next, helps our operations run smoothly.
Our office is dynamic and our days are fast-paced but always supportive. We work hard and have fun (lots of treats and decorations make any place fun but our team is truly amazing) Our close-knit team solves problems and creates solutions that help drive our business forward!
This position will enjoy a full-time schedule and a casual and fun work environment with a comprehensive benefits package including:
Hours: 7:00PM - 5:30PM Monday - Friday (rotating on call also required on weekends)

Requirements
- must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment and atmosphere
- Work well under pressure
- be able to multi-task
- have exceptional communication skills (especially by phone)
- all staff must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC industry is highly preferred but not required.
