- Attending breakdown calls
- Traveling across Maharashtra whenever required
- Respond to complaints
- Evaluate and resolves problems
- Assists in installation
- Works alongside with sales & applicationengineers
- Offers customer training
- Tests and maintains equipment
- Monitors performance of the product
- Maintains product manuals
- Maintainingservicereport & other documents
- Reports common complaints to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
- Make recommendations & come up with innovative solutions.
