Position: Service NOW Program Lead /Manager

Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Rate: $80/hr

Job Description:

• Service NOW Program Lead /Manager
• Design and architect ServiceNow ATF solutions
• Provide expertise in ATF best practices, workflows, and configurations.

ServiceNow Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ATF modules and capabilities.

• Test Automation Framework Design:
• Knowledge of best practices in test automation, including modularization, data-driven testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• ServiceNow Integration:
• Knowledge of integrating ATF with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools for comprehensive testing coverage.
