Job- Service Now Admin position- W2 and C2cC location- Las Vegas, Nevada Duties, Scope of Work Position will function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Project lead for several ServiceNow projects, including CMDB, Resource Manager, Reporting, and Dashboarding. This role will be working in conjunction with the departments subject matter experts to provide support for enhancement requests relating to the assigned ServiceNow projects. Milestone Deliverables: First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard due within two weeks Final draft of Dashboard and all required reports due within 1 month Project Plan to Operationalize CMDB due in 1 month First Draft of CMDB Process Plan due within 60 days Other ServiceNow deliverables will be discussed as time permits Daily/Weekly expectations: Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan Roadblocks will be reported to the supervisor for each project, no later than the Wednesday project meeting Additional overview: Works with ServiceNow support team on new or modifies existing applications within the platform. Plans and develops test data to validate new or modified applications within the platform. Evaluates alternative solutions and recommends and implements appropriate applications design. Interviews functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current system application requirements. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team. The successful candidate must work be able to work independently and as a Team. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of three years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, supporting the ServiceNow platform. Hands on experience with implementation of CMDB, Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation. Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful, innovative. Documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now. Experience in systems analysis, design, and programming required. Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff. Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications. Preferred/Special Skills: Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and implementation in the government sector. Some experience integrating a variety of data sources into the ServiceNow platform
