CDI/ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Role: Presales ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location: NYC or Teterboro NJ (can work from home but will require weekly onsite at office)

Base Pay: Permanent/FTE position, $150-$200k depending on experience. ~10% Bonus based on closed business.

Travel: local to NYC/NJ and occasionally Philadelphia for client meetings

Mandatory:

• Presales role: Strong consultative, customer facing skills working closely with the sales team and the customer. Will drive innovative business solutions by applying technical and business skills

• 5 yrs+ directly working as solution/sales engineer/consultant or SN presales architect

• Must have deep ServiceNow technical experience including development, architecture and systems solutioning.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, its major functions including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and ITOM (CMDB, Asset Mgmt, Event mgmt., etc.)

• Experience with developing customizations on Service using Javascript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS or other directly related skills.

• Strong communication skills and presentation skills

• College Degree

Preferred:

• Knowledge of web development or mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts and project management - preferably using Agile Development Methodologies

• Experience on other SaaS or PaaS apps like Salesforce, Appian, Outsystems, Pega

• Experience with any of these: JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS, jQuery, Prototype and bootstrap and Programming / scripting (e.g. Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)

• Experience with Big Data, IoT, Machine Learning and other emerging technologies a plus

• Knowledge of IaaS (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Compute Engine)

• Knowledge in Java application server platforms (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic)

• Understands Web services (e.g. SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML)

• Knowledge in RDBMS platforms (e.g. MySql, Oracle, SQL Server)

• ServiceNow certifications
