Job Description

Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Role: Business Solutions Manager Domain: Service Now, Service Management Experience: 9 years to 14 years Work Locations: Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata Roles: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. o As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective business processes within the ServiceNow platform. o You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOM, Service Catalog & ITAM) and clients to understand their requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow and Business processes will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and optimizing workflows across the organization. Responsibilities: o Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows, working closely with stakeholders to. identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. o Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, end-users, and project teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functionality. o Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional development Leads and ServiceNow Architects to Design and develop innovative business process solutions within the ServiceNow platform, utilizing best practices and industry standards. Create process documentation, including workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications. o Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation using ServiceNow features such as workflows, approvals, and notifications. Streamline and optimize business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. o Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change, providing guidance and training on new processes and system functionalities. Ensure smooth adoption and transition to new workflows. o Testing and Deployment: Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the functionality and reliability of implemented business process solutions. Support the deployment and post-implementation activities, including user acceptance testing, training, and documentation. o Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business processes, gathering feedback from stakeholders and end-users. Propose and implement enhancements and refinements to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. o Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business users, and project teams. Communicate effectively, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress and status. Qualifications: o Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (CSA/CIS) and business process management are a plus. o Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing business process improvements. o In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including its various modules (ITSM, Service Catalog, ITOM & ITAM). o Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies. o Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and process documentation. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions. o Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. o Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes is desirable. Experience: o Overall 10+ years of Service Management experience with functional knowledge of ServiceNow. o Overall 7+ years of Functional and cross functional consulting experience working on ServiceNow capabilities like ITSM, Service Catalog and ITAM
