Seeking experienced parts and service coordinator able to step into a role with frequent interaction with customers, service technicians, and procurement representatives.

Considered experience:

*** Laboratory equipment service or sales.
OR
*** Counterperson at retail aftermarket parts store.
OR
*** Service department in a car dealership.
OR
*** Service or parts experience for equipment manufacturer (Caterpillar, John Deere, Whirlpool, etc.)
OR
*** Other positions providing recommendations for service and parts delivery for customers.

Shall:

*** Communicate with customers and determine work completed by field and inhouse technicians, put together invoices with line-by-line costs, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure customer needs are met.

*** Identify, select and order replacement parts

*** Schedule field service techs to visit customer requiring assistance.
