Company Overview: Maple Gingko, a leading international trading company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Support Director. Position: Service Support Director
Location: [Barrie, ON, Canada] (International Travel Required)
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Service Support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support services with the overall business strategy.
2. Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the development and implementation of efficient service support processes.
• Ensure adherence to international standards and compliance with regulations.
3. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service support team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
5. International Coordination:
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across international locations.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and optimize service support processes.
Qualifications:
• College Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field; Bachelor or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within service support, preferably in an international trading environment.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
