Salary Range: $15.50-$20.39 per hour

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of field application service support
• Deliver, set-up and calibrate field equipment needed by customers
• Move and set up tanks as needed
• Perform daily maintenance of and ensure that all equipment is running and safe to operate
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• HAZMAT Endorsement
• Knowledge in the set-up of field equipment
• Knowledge of agricultural production and practices
• Knowledge of fertilizer calibration/application
• Mechanical skills
• Must possess basic math skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to interact positively with customers
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends, as needed
• Ability to work little direction and complete daily tasks according to work schedule
• Good verbal communication

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience, preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sitting and/or standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, grasping, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
