Services & Solutions Delivery Junior Specialist with English


As a Services & Solutions Delivery Junior Specialist with English, you act as the point of contact for our Service Provider managing service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.


Your role:

Developing and maintaining high standards of conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers
Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests.
Dealing with complaints and resolving operational issues
Providing our customers with repair estimates and follow-up and monitoring the process until all approvals are provided

You're the right fit if:

1. You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep the high standard of communication
2. You know English on a C1 level.
3. You have some experience within the corporate world is an advantage (ideally customer service or logistics) and you like to work with details and investigate operational issues (detective mindset)
4. SAP knowledge is highly preferable.
