Job Description
As a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist
within the planning process, you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products for BeNeLux market. This is a new transition project.
Your role:

Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails
Taking part in a transition of processes onsite in Netherlands (4 weeks)

You're the right fit if:

You have at least 2 years experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
You know English & Dutch language on min. C1 level
You are available to start in September 2024
You have an analytical mind and you cope well with fast-changing environment
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
Experience in transition process would be an big advantage
