Job DescriptionAs a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist
within M2O Contract Quoting, you are responsible for tracking contract end dates for possible extensions. You are working with UKI market.
Your role:

Creating and modifying quoting for service contracts
Monitoring the funnel for quoting possibilities
Creating, renewing & terminating service contracts and extended warranties
Modifying existing contracts and extended warranties for appropriate services execution of pricing and billing information
Verifying customers entitlements on ad-hoc requests
Contacting customers and business partners

You're the right fit if:


You have at least some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)

You know English language on min. C1 level

You have an analytical mind

Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
