Job Description
As a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist
you are responsible for Creating plans for long term maintenance (preventive) for installed products at DACH region.
Your role:

Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

You're the right fit if:


You have some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)

You know German and English language on min. C1 level

You have an analytical mind

Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
