This client is a German multinational Pharmaceutical and biotechnology company and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, headquartered in Leverkusen, and areas of business include pharmaceuticals; consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products. Job Title: SharePoint Design and Digital Document Archival Location: Creve Coeur MO 63141 "Clean-up" of RAST SharePoint sites (Seeds and Traits have different sites) -
Create permission groups -
Harmonize content and delete unnecessary files -
Align content with DFG (Digital Fluency Group)guidance for storage -
Collaborate to move documents to myDoc, DART -
Create front page links to frequently used documents -
Update links to region/country SharePoints -
Create basic training on creating SP sites -
Convert file structure into modern meta-data structure (less folders, more sorting functionality) -
Map global data requirements to document types in DART for future submissions -
Identify links/tools housed in RAST Sharepoint to be cross listed on Regulatory Science Dashboard portal Work with DFG to develop guidelines for records retention for RAST in SP Work with LAB and the RAST-LT to create RAST process maps -
Work with stakeholders to ensure proper coverage of process maps (e.g., NRACS) -
Develop 'Single Source of Truth' document maps -
Create WIKI/FAQ -
