Troy Consulting, a Management Consulting Firm, is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Administrator for our client, in Redmond, Washington.

We are looking for a highly engaged SharePoint developer with the skills and experience to create and configure SharePoint websites, find solutions to enhance business activities and customize sites based on the client's requirements(link removed)

What Will You Be Doing?

Your primary focus will be working hand in hand with a global team focused on strong partner experiences with small, medium and corporate level customers. The team serves these customers through Digital Sales managed accounts, field specialist teams, demand response motions, and a broad partner network. You will work hand in hand with the team to ensure a strong partner experience.

  • Optimize SharePoint Sites/Pages:
    • Review and assess existing sites/content with a focus on optimization for Modern SharePoint, brand alignment and accessibility. Bring your skills to ensure rich, high resolution multimedia content, brand colors/fonts and overall consistency and continuity.
    • Includes optimization pass for Pages, related SharePoint Lists, and/or interrelated elements with Microsoft Teams.
    • Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
  • Release Management: Ensure client engagement for all releases; manage to schedules.
  • SharePoint Guidance/Training: Provide users with "how-to" knowledge to allow for self- service of key functions; Provide how-to notes deck and orientation sessions.
    • Requirement Gathering/Validation: Evaluate current requirements; gather new requirements/enhancement requests; clearly document understandings; walk-through and finalize with client team.
    • Testing/Debugging: Ensure thorough test and debug activities to check for any errors or glitches prior to client review/deployment. Track and manage bugs. Reviewing website interface and software stability.
    • Administration/Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues based on the nature and severity of the support issue(s); Manage to SLAs.

    What you should bring to the table?

    • Teamwork Ability to work closely with colleagues to find solutions to business problems excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must
    • Demonstrated Classic and Modern SharePoint proficiency Write and modify code; test and debug; solve technical issues
    • Creativity Find solutions to problems and think outside the box to fix issues
    • Attention to detail a keen talent for spotting and fixing mistakes to avoid site issues
    • Bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field in addition to extensive knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft products.
    • Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
    • High-level coding skills.
    • Ability to solve complex software issues.
