Ivyhill Technologies has an immediate need for a SharePoint IT Specialist for its new project located in Lexington, KY. The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting with the re-design and enhancement of our customer's existing SharePoint site to meet customer's goals and needs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Interviewing stakeholders to determine customer's goals and needs.
• Analyzing and understanding the customer's work processes and information needs, and translating them into a SharePoint environment that facilitates those needs, including creating new (and updating existing) custom lists, document libraries, forms and calendars in the SharePoint environment.
• Creating, modifying, testing and debugging SharePoint pages.

Will train customer's IT stasff on administering the SharePoint environment, including preparing an instruction manual and/or similar documentation.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will have the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties as specified above Candidate must have:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Minimum Education: Associates Degree required in an Information Technology-related program (Bachelors Degree preferred but not necessary)
• Minimum three years of experience in an Information Technology role
• Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint sites, Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Custom Workflows, and Document Libraries
• Experience using tools like Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint Designer to create forms and related items
• Experience using JavaScript
• Ability to obtain a clearance to access customer's information

The following are a plus:

• Coding experience with CSS and HTML preferred
• Experience with graphic design
