Job Description:

• SharePoint Developer & Business Analyst
• In this role, the candidate will be supporting the Data Science SharePoint 365 site aka The Exchange, including Model Inventory and S2G.
• The Exchange serves as a platform for Data Science to market our brand across the Enterprise as well as store documents pertaining to our community to support solutions, training needs and audit activities.
• The role will be responsible for the maintenance of The Exchange, including but not limited to building the site out to improve user experience with a focus on automation and self-service, as well as supporting the model inventory and S2G platforms, which serves as our single source of truth for all model meta data and model portfolio health.
• The candidate will be responsible for documenting and storing standard work for all processes, meeting with customers to build out their requests and providing innovative ideas to modernize the site.

Responsibilities:

• Continued support and modernization of The Exchange and branding on by building new landing pages, department templates/pages, newsletter, banners, videos, etc.
• Implement, deploy, package, and maintain SharePoint site.
• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management
• Well versed in designing and executing design plans in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps to automate transactions across multiple domains and platforms
• Experience using coding languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, C#, Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap, etc.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple diverse teams to innovate solutions to meet unique business needs
• Ability to build out standard work and train others in the business on new workflows
• Proactive and collaborative, always thinking about improving the current platform
• Self-motivated with the ability to receive and execute on a vision with little support
• Ability to use APIs to create custom solutions
• Understanding of other MS Cloud services
• Ability to build and manage large document libraries SharePoint Developer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.
• Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
• Strong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration.
• Must have expertise building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
• Excellent knowledge around UI/UX.
