Title: SharePoint / Office 365 System Administrator Location: San Francisco, CA (*remote working in PST hours) Duration: 12+ months consultant We are seeking a SharePoint Online/O-365 Consultant who will help business users with his/her in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with administering, supporting, developing, and training on Smartsheet, SharePoint Online, O-365, and other collaboration applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Administer, maintain, and support O-365 applications (MS Forms, MS Lists, MS Polls, MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint Online, etc.).
- Administer, maintain, and support Smartsheet.
- Build SharePoint Online websites, Modern UI pages, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Provide training and L2/L3 support to troubleshoot issues. Directly communicate with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage vendors to resolve issues as and when needed
- Keep learning new applications. Any experience with administering and supporting other collaboration applications like Tableau, Zoom etc. will be an advantage.
- Must have extensive experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint Online, and O-365,
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 5+ years of experience working with all required technologies (Smartsheet, SharePoint Online, and O-365)
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate at all levels within the organization and external vendors.
- Must have excellent knowledge and experience with administration, development, user tickets, and user training & support.
- Preferred - *experience in the biotech / pharma industry.
