Detailed Job Description: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience in managing a small to medium Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2013/2016 environments Deep Understanding of SharePoint 2013/2016 farm configuration, architecture and service applications Ability to manage Central Administration and pro-actively monitor SharePoint servers. Must be proficient in PowerShell scripting and implement ways to minimize service disruption. Knowledge of Third party tools like Share Gate is preferred for migration Prior experience of implementing SharePoint backups/restores is preferred. Knowledge of Kerberos and how it translates to the MSBI architecture is a plus Knowledge of Host named Site Collections and path based site collections. Understand and implement SharePoint search, managed metadata, BDC , Term store management , authorization; Identify, test and install applicable SharePoint hotfixes and updates Must have knowledge to install CU security updates on SharePoint Server. Must have knowledge of Windows patch validation Must have knowledge of Nintex workflow administration Good knowledge of SharePoint Web Services, Secure Store Service and SharePoint auditing Knowledge of Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint is highly preferable. Understanding of IIS architecture, IIS backups, restores etc. Must have knowledge of SharePoint Logs analysis.
