Position: Sharepoint DMS Expert Location: Chicago, IL (day 1 onsite Job Responsibilities: 10+ Years of experience , with experience on Sharepoint DMS Experience on Data Retention Experience in Adoption change management by Engaging with teams to boost facilitate their data storage and retention journey with SP DMS keeping the business /customer needs in focus Prepare, organize and facilitate department workshops for solution design and refinement Prepare, organize and facilitate upskilling and deep dive sessions on Data Retention, technology offers like SP DMS, etc. Facilitate dedicated end user training sessions on MS365 tools esp. SP DMS & Harmon.ie Prepare documents, presentations & communication for training, champions forum, onboarding, workshops Capture learning nuggets on SP DMS on demand/need Drive & empower Document Champions community Review needs and drive reinforcement Monitor usage Objectives: Ensure data compliant retention by using M365 / SP DMS Boost productivity when migrating on SP basic to SP DMS Drive further adoption and usage of MS365 tools esp. SP DMW with team/employees specific use cases Empower Document Champions Community, Upskill employees to become more self-sufficient. Meaning employees can continue to enable change for themselves as newfunctionality becomes available Drive MS365/SP DMS tips & tricks and maturity Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
