•        4 years experience overseeing  the work of machine operators on a first shift.

•        Skilled in ensuring operators are properly trained to run product on machines while keeping work supplies available

•        Schedule the work assignments of all the operators

•        Custom Molding experience a plus

•        Experience with scrap reporting and monitoring.

•        Must be able to prepare and enter all production reporting into computer ensuring all counts are correct and accurate.

•        Experience with IQMS a big plus.

•        Should be able to read and write English and Spanish.

•        Should have good communicational skills.

•        Should have good computer skills. (Word, Excel, IQMS)

•        Must be familiar with the requirements of ISO.
