Dress code: The Shipping Coordinator will provide administrative shipping support in a fast-paced environment with the business unit, and will be primarily be responsible for clerical duties related to the following: ** Mainly is a desk role within the warehouse ** efficiently loading and unloading packaged and bulk trucks this will include order check-in/out, preparation, and vehicle dock placement utilizing the SAP software system; effectively communicating when relaying customer requests/requirements including but not limited to special requirements to the Warehouse and Operations team to achieve a satisfying experience for customers and their transportation carriers; interact with the customer service team frequently, answer and place phone calls often cycle counting and other SAP warehouse management tasks including blackout recovery direct communication with truck drivers, carrier dispatch, warehouse operators, plant management, shipping staff, customer service, and transportation teams performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Requirement: Min. High school/GED Min. 2 years of experience in Administrative role Have some Customer Service experience Preferred: SAP experience Working in a Shipping/Receiving environment
