We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with different personalities, has a high technical aptitude, is detail-oriented, and has good problem-solving skills.

This position is responsible for assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks including shipping and receiving of products for clients, assisting with hardware and software proposals including quoting and purchasing products for resale. This is not a hands-on technical position; however, it does require the person to be familiar with current technologies. This position is a fully onsite position and requires the person to work in our office in Monroeville, PA.

Main responsibilities include:

• Handle shipping and receiving products for clients.
• Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process.
• Maintain database of information for expiration/renewal dates.
• Work with vCIOs and Procurement Specialist to provide quotes directly to client.
• Assists Account Managers/vCIOs with reports.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation.

Requirements

Preferred candidates for this role will have

• Two-year Associates degree or four-year Bachelors degree in the field of computers, network administration, Information Technology or Business, or equivalent experience and/or training.
• 2+ years of experience working with quoting and purchasing computer hardware, software licenses, online services and maintenance subscriptions. Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to be proactive and pay close attention to detail.
• Former shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Sales level knowledge, training, and experience with hardware and software technologies and products is preferred.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage software and QuoteWerks software is preferred.
• Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
