Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with an area leading manufacturing company is seeking is seeking a 2nd Shift Foreman to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team efficiently while adhering to quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Requirements
Must work well with people.
Must have Plastic Injection Mold experience.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to process presses.
Give breaks to operators.
Make sure everyone is working to the best of their ability.
Have a shift meeting to make sure everyone knows what to do for the day.
Make sure people know how and what to clean at the end of the shift.
Make sure operators communicate with the following shift, with noting any issues with the parts or presses.
3+ years experience managing a team in a Manufacturing facility, or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Benefits
