The purpose of this exciting
Shopper Excellence Manager
role is responsible for making sure that the Philips PH commercial organization is led into the right direction in terms of shopper fundamentals.
Your role:


Driving Western Europe (WE) commercial organization into the right direction on shopper fundamentals.

Setting or translating the right and relevant WE strategy as well as targets for distribution, promotion, ISE and OLE.

Enabling the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.

Maintaining strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customer needs & requirements, consumer & shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve POS excellence with win-win mindset.

Closely collaborating with WE Commercial Leaders, RBU Leads, Sales CoE, Consumer Marketing Managers and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.

Staying above firewall, providing promo guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets at WE level.

Leading or participating zone squads.

You're the right fit if:


Degree on marketing / business administration is preferred

Previous experience in sales and shopper marketing (background in FMCG is a strong asset)

Strong with data and data tooling. Experience in working with Nielsen/IRI/GFK data.

Leads through others via excellent stakeholder management

Customer and consumer first mindset

Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial behaviour: identify opportunities
