If youre highly creative, performance-obsessed, and know how to execute innovative, conversion-oriented shopping stories, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doingAs Shopping Editor at Who What Wear, you'll create content thats strategically designed to meet affiliate goals. You'll pitch and write affiliate-driving new shopping content for (link removed), including quick-form daily shopping content and pre-slated long-form shopping content, fulfill output each week and nimbly respond to changing commission rates, story performance data, and pacing toward affiliate goal and track analytics on story KPIs to ensure personal audience and affiliate goals are met and/or exceededdata is constantly utilized to inform an envelope-pushing story strategy.Experience that will put you ahead of the curve Experience writing fashion content for a digital publication. Excellent verbal and writing skills and strong visual sensibilities. Comprehensive knowledge of the fashion space. Ability to bring an innovative and creative approach to our traditionally top-performing story categories, as well as an innate desire to make decisions informed by data and performance. Open and quickly responsive to feedback in order to improve quality of work and performance. Ability to work calmly under pressure, proactively communicate, and meet tight daily deadlines with a strong sense of accountability. General working knowledge of affiliate marketing, HTML, CMS, and SEO toolseasily able to study and track analytics to improve performance. Photoshop is a plus.
