Job Title: Shuttle Driver
Reports To: Delivery Department Manager
Position Summary:
The pharmacy continues to experience growth which requires the use of a secondary local parking location for employees. The shuttle driver is responsible for safe, dependable, and professional transport of pharmacy employees to and from the pharmacy and the additional parking lot.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Adhere to Distracted Driving training procedures
- May be required to work in the Mail Room during off hours
- Ensure rider safety as they board and exit the vehicle
- Responsible for completing DVIR daily and checking the condition of the vehicles’:
- Tires and brakes
- Windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel and water
- Pedestrian Door
- Drivers are to act in a professional and polite manner
- Provide customer service the AllCare way
- Follow the AllCare core values and policies
- Maintain attention to courtesy and respect at all times
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record (MVR Report)
- Pass a CORI Background check and drug test
- Minimum three years’ experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of transportation principles, public safety, and security
