$3,500 Sign-On Bonus for EPA Certified Technicians!

Minimum of $23.78 per hour based on experience

General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for experienced EPA certified Service Technician Level 3 for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area!

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned

Requirements

To be a top candidate you will:

• Have at least 2 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• Have a valid driver's license
• Passing of a criminal background check required
• Spanish language skills are a plus
