  • We are looking for individuals to support a large client of ours in the financial investment industry, specifically within their Retail Asset Management department.* There are different work types that individuals will be doing depending on the time of the year but will be mainly processing client transactions.
  • CORE Processing - address/profile updates, various agreements needing to be uploaded, R+D calculations they need to process
  • COMPLEX Processing - financial beneficiary movement, setting up new accounts, working with complex asset allocations Regardless of the type of work, individuals will be discerning a lot of written information so need to be comfortable reading a lot of documents. There will be small phone work as well (only about 10% of the time)
  • Will be navigating a lot of systems throughout the day.
  • Will have clients that have 200-300 accounts that they are processing the right things for.
  • Will be processing everything that is coming from phone, web and paper.
  • Reviewing paperwork emails, phone transcriptions. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Reviews transaction requests and authorizations. Processes transactions. Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions. Maintains department processing standards in productivity and quality.
  • Responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries in order to inform the development of guides that enable to swift resolution of recurring issues.
  • Performs duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.
  • Works to learn and understand business processes and service requirements
  • May communicate either verbally or in writing with clients Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to navigate Excel (intermediate level)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient Math and Reading skills
  • Strong Analytical Abilities
  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 8am 4:45pm OT offered!
  • Location: Colorado Springs, onsite
  • Duration of Assignment: contract to hire
