We are growing at an incredible pace and were looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and dedicated Site Director to lead our site in Cary, North Carolina. As a Site Director, you will support the day-to-day operations of the site and coordinate activities, such as annual parties, team building get togethers, and events as needed. You will be the heartbeat of the office culture, ensuring alignment with our Core Values.

You are a leader and you care about both people and business results. You will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for both the local team as well as the broader OnLogic organization. You understand how to connect employees to the broader strategies of the company to ensure support team performance in accordance with our operating strategy.

• Serve as a central resource to support and coordinate all site specific activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, supporting them with day-to-day challenges.
• Continuously learn, develop and wear different hats as the business needs evolve.
• Coordinate and participate in company events and parties, raising awareness and excitement internally.
• Interact with senior internal team members, functional peer group managers, and external vendors, involving matters between functional areas, other business units, or customers and the company.
• Order office supplies, office snacks, catered lunches, etc, as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of direct people management experience.
• Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines in a leadership capacity.
• You are a clear communicator; with examples of proactively communicating across all levels of the organization.
• You are highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment.
• Youre a problem solver with creative ideas to support our shared future growth and success.
• You are organized and know how to manage multiple competing business priorities.

• You are a clear communicator; with examples of setting expectations and holding teams accountable to the outcomes.
