The ideal candidate will own the entire project management process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire operation process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting's
- Site Work, Manpower and Material Planning.
- Conducting TBTs and work planning-meet with assigned Team.
- Monitoring and Controlling the Work/Project Timelines and Budget.
- Submitting Reports and Measurements of Completed Work.
- Responsibility of Development and Growth of assigned Team.
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Coating & Painting Knowledge
- Functional knowledge of Surface Preparation methods
- Functional knowledge of Paint Application Techniques
