Job TitleSite Innovation Project Manager
Job Description
As a Site Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful innovation projects implementation and execution with our strategic clinical partners sites in Europe with a focus on Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC) and The University Medical Center Utrecht (UMCU). The Project Manager will join the Clinical Partnership Europe Organization (CPE), part of Innovation Excellence (Innovation & Strategy). CPE ensures that Customers and Philips capitalize on the full potential of their joint-innovation partnership to fundamentally shift the industry, enabling Philips to bring value through fewer, bigger and better innovation programs. Together you will enable LUMC and UMCU to maximize the efficiency of the joint innovation projects regarding cutting edge technologies spanning across business.


Your role:

Working on a daily basis with clinicians and Philips R&D teams to accelerate our projects.
Identify and resolve recurrent bottle necks along the joint-innovation process at LUMC and UMCU. If applicable, act as catalyzer to scale solution across other sites in Europe
Maintain an overview of innovation projects (in preparation and on-going). Identify delays, take appropriate actions when possible and escalate to internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
Take an active role in accelerating selected joint innovation initiative.
Deploy novel joint innovation capabilities that create value for multiple business units
Create and maintain strong network among innovation players at clinical sties and within Philips.


You're the right fit if you have the following:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in medical device industry or regulated industry)
Your skills include solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated track record working in and leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies in R&D
Willingness to work at LUMC and UMCU at least 2 days a week
Familiarity with Philips Project Management methods and tools- Advantage
Fluent in Dutch - Advantage


This is a one-year term position with the possibility of growing into a permanent contract.
