As the Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of our Operations team. Your primary responsibilities include:

Mailroom Functions:

Handle both incoming and outgoing mail and packages using approved carriers.
Utilize BearTracks software for accurate delivery tracking.
Efficiently process incoming mail, ensuring timely distribution to respective departments.
Conduct fine sorting of AP and Payroll items to sub-departments, adhering to delivery and pickup timelines.
Manage daily outgoing Payroll check processes via UPS.
Corporate Operations Functions:

Monitor departmental email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
Answer and respond to incoming hotline calls.
Assign tickets in Facility One and the Property Managers Work Order System.
Provide hands-on support for various tasks, including stocking paper, fixing jammed printers, and setting up conference room configurations.
Collaborate with the Janitorial Porter and other departments, such as Security and Tech partners, as needed.
GapTech Depot Functions:

Monitor the Laptop Returns mailbox and handle hardware return requests.
Utilize UPS ShipExec software to process shipping requests, generate QR Codes, and assist customers in shipping items back to Gap IT.
Respond to status requests and inquiries related to hardware shipments.
Assist with basic IT Depot duties, including unpacking hardware shipments and cataloging returned items.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide office maintenance, including trash removal, cleaning, restocking pantries, and more.
Perform meeting and conference room setups.
Execute building occupant moves within assigned facilities.
Conduct minor maintenance repairs, including carpentry tasks, patching, painting, and lamp replacement.
Install fixtures such as pictures and whiteboards.
Perform occasional cleaning duties inside and outside office or building locations.
Maintain records for inventories of supplies needed.
Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated points.
Perform general clerical and delivery duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
Some custodial, maintenance, and office experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and organization skills.
Versatility, dexterity, and proficiency in operating hand tools.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle confidential information appropriately.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum Educational Level:

High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
