Job Requirements:

- Must have experience in Site selection and store/site network development, property purchase for at least 1 year and up
- Must have a background in Petroleum, Quick service restaurants or convenience retailing industries.
- Must be good in Negotiation
- College graduate
- With relevant work experience (e.g., real estate transactions, property management, store network development)
- Willing to travel and can drive
