Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore/off-shore development team
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces with Sitecore
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Sitecore implementation
• Provide expert technical assistance to developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
• Deliver tested code for user acceptance testing.
• Maximizing Sitecore functionality to benefit the business
• Converting and enhancing the websites as defined by the business

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, experience and certifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Sitecore developer, development lead or architect
• 7+ years of development experience using C#, ASP.NET and MVC
• Experience leading a development team following Scrum methodologies
• Web Content Management System experience
• Experience leading large-scale Sitecore upgrades
• Familiar with best-practices Sitecore implementation methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
