Job Description
We are currently seeking a seasoned and visionary Six Sigma Excellence Leader to spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives. This key leadership role is vital to advancing operational excellence and maintaining our commitment to Patient Safety and Quality on software and hardware domains.


Your role:


Strategic Leadership:

Champion the strategic planning and execution of Six Sigma methodologies at an organizational level.

Influence and collaborate with top-tier management to ensure alignment of Six Sigma initiatives with corporate objectives and strategic goals.

Advanced Project Oversight:

Direct and oversee multiple high-stake Six Sigma projects, ensuring they align with business strategies and deliver substantial benefits.

Employ expert-level project management skills to manage complex projects, handle resource allocation, and ensure timelines are met.

Expert Training and Mentoring:

Develop and deliver advanced Six Sigma training for Black Belts and Green Belts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and expertise across the organization.

Mentor and coach project leaders, offering guidance on sophisticated analytical techniques and strategic project implementation.

Innovative Analysis and Solution Development:

Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and data analysis techniques to drive innovation and problem-solving in complex medical scenarios.

Create and implement robust measurement systems for tracking performance and identifying improvement opportunities in healthcare delivery.

Process Excellence and Quality Enhancement:

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize processes, reduce variability, and enhance the patient safety and quality

Collaborate with cross businesses to ensure seamless integration of Six Sigma principles into all aspects of healthcare operations.

Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, setting an example in maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into Six Sigma methodologies and organizational processes.

Organizational Change Leadership:

Act as a key driver of change, instilling a sense of urgency and commitment to organizational transformation and improvement.

Influence and facilitate the adoption of new processes, tools, and mindsets across various levels of the organization.


You're the right fit if you have:


Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration).

Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale improvement initiatives and driving significant organizational change.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

Strong familiarity with healthcare systems, regulations, and standards.

Outstanding communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
