Job Title: Smart Building Systems Tech Lead

Job Description:
15- 20 years of Experience in the field of BAS/BMS/Buildings DT
Direct and relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Building Automation/Management/DT systems
Research and innovation experience in the areas like- Parking Management, Lighting Management, Operations Management, HVAC
Network Management (IOT, Cloud Integration, Security Standards and Process )
Work experience and interaction with major industrial leaders in DT like-Signify, Otis, Indect, Honeywell, Schneider (link removed)
Exposure to products and tools like- MS Azure , Blue beam, Building Experience, Way finding , People Counting, Smart meeting rooms, Visitor Management
Master' s Degree in Engineering/Technology would be an added advantage.
Role and Responsibility:
Providing Technical leadership to the team
Interacting with customer and recommendation of best possible solutions
Connecting with third party suppliers/vendors
Presenting white papers on innovations
Smart Building Systems - Parking, PoE Lighting, Smart Restrooms, Indoor Navigation, Smart Meetings Rooms etc - Deisgn and Implementation
