Our client is seeking a Smartsolve Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Strong experience troubleshooting SmartSolveGood Customer Service experience, and Strong experience working with Help Desk teams to resolve tickets which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range 47-52/hr 

Whats the Job-

  • Provides a single point of contact to support business cross-functional teams Responsible for supporting SmartSolve Quality Event Management (QEM) and Doc Management issues and acts as a liaison between business (tier 1) support teams and SmartSolve TSU (tier 2) application support teams.
  • Supports the steady state structure Supports business teams and attends daily / weekly stand-up calls to address issues and provide status updates to resolved or open items.
  • Responsible for tending to day-to-day support activities with the different support teams assigned, monitoring and modifying support tickets that have been escalated and hand holding all teams through the resolution of tickets.
  • Responsible for documenting resolutions made, to provide as knowledge base materials for support personnel.
  • Provides input to leadership updates, measure and monitor success metrics; Communicates Issue status and risks, with associated recommendations.
  • Provides system guidance to the Support team and helps remove bottlenecks for support activities.

Whats Needed-

  • Bachelors degree Req
  • Computer skills Req, familiarity of other software (SmartSolve) Req; Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (proficient in Excel)
  • Five (5) years of experience in software and/or product development Req
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills Req
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task Req
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with departments (Operations, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and SmartSolve Support Team) and individuals at all levels within IQVIA
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical configuration to support the technical aspects of the project Req
  • Motivated team player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization; strong communication skills Req
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and reporting skills Req
